Leak Control/Spill Response Plug N Dike seals off gasoline, diesel, solvents and other chemicals. Plug N Dike seals immediately and sticks to dirty, crumpled surfaces even with the fluid flowing out. No surface preparation is required. It will plug up to three feet of head. Not recommended for some biofuels and some chemicals. Use the Leak Control Kits below for all fuels. Plug Dike Patch Plug N Dike is a nontoxic, nonflammable blend of high absorption polymers in a blended bentonite base that forms an immediate seal. It has been used for over 25 years by fire departments, transportation companies and industrial operations.

Plug The Leak Take a handful and apply it directly to the area leaking. These are ideal for including with spill response kits. This amount is usually sufficient for a gas or diesel tank leak. The containers shown are P-2, (10 oz) and 1-PMP (1-lb). Also available in 4 -lb and 10-lb containers. Not recommended for some biofuels.

Dike or Plug the Spill Pour out a dike of the dry, granular Plug N Dike and spray the surface with water to seal off drains, curb inlets and culverts. Can be used on rough pavement to seal the edges of drain covers.The dry Plug N Dike can also be mixed with water to form a paste to plug leaks. Availabe sizes: 48P (48#/5-gal pail) or 10P (10#/1-gal jar).

Pre-measured, ready-to-use Just take the container from the bag and add that amount of water. Knead to a stiff paste and apply onto the leak. No wondering about proportioning. No shelf life. Bag is 6 in. x 6 in. Mixed quantity is 12 oz. Item BC-21 is packaged five/carton. Also available in a plastic jar (1-PMPDRY).

Multi-Use Kit PP-T36 Protect accident victims from hot dripping oil or antifreeze. Cover jagged edges. Absorb blood & bodily fluids. Plug gasoline, diesel, biofuels and some chemicals. Combine the barrier sheet with the Plug N Dike to immediately stop the leak. Cover with the butyl tape. Use the barrier sheet with the absorbent to control hydraulic line leaks or fittings or valve leaks.

Protective Barrier Protect accident victims and rescue personnel from jagged metal and glass fragments. The Protective Barrier is reinforced polypropylene, 3 feet x 3 feet. It is 36 mils thick and has a puncture resistance of 300 lb. Also, protect against hot leaking liquids, and use it as a clean surface for equipment when working with victims on the ground.

For Larger or Odd Size Drains The DC-1 is a 3-ft x 3-ft polyethylene mat with Plug N Dike edge seals. It seals off rough surfaces, even if wet and dirty. It can also be applied vertical to seal off both the catch basin and curb inlet. After use, clean off the mat for reuse with new edge sealants. Custom sizes are available.

Seal off Drains Plug Rugs consist of a bottom layer of Plug N Dike with a top polypropylene mat. They will seal even if the surface is dirty and has cracks and gouges in the pavement. Just lay over drains, or in front of curb inlets to prevent the spill from entering. Available sizes are: 2420R (24"x20"),24R (24"x16"), 16R (16"x16") and 8R (8"x8").

Multiple Chemicals - No Probem This acrylic polymer will absorb just about all chemicals (acids, bases, reactives, solvents, drugs, bodily fluids). You only need one absorbent, which makes it much safer to use. Ideal for hospitals and labs. Available sizes: UNI-1, 1-lb, UNI-4, 4-lb and UNI-10, 10-lb.

Wood Plugs The wood plug set (WP-4)includes three cones: 2"x0.5", 3"x1", 4"x1.5" and one wedge 4" x 1.5" wide. Also available with heavy poly bag and tie for containing leaking fuel (WP-4B).

Epoxy Repair Kit This Leak Lock Repair Kit (LL15) contains both the Plug N Dike and the quick cure epoxy. The Plug N Dike stops the leak. Then the epoxy can be applied over the Plug N Dike to form a stronger repair.
